MOQC Abstraction Guidebook

 This abstraction guide provides a complete overview of the MOQCLink Abstraction database. Some data points are specific to Gynecologic Oncology or End of Life cohorts and will only populate for those specific cohorts.  These specific cohort data points are noted throughout the abstraction guide.

Similarly, data points may automatically populate or be unselectable for each cohort based on the ICD 10 code entered and/or answers selected by the abstractor while abstracting a case.
